Our Sturdy Deck product line was launched in 2017 to meet expanding industry needs for more heavy duty work platform options.

All Sturdy Deck models are 500 lb rated, and tested to 1000 lbs. They fold flat for easy transport, and are OSHA, ANSI & CSA compliant. Sturdy Decks feature a range of height options, anti-slip perforated deck surfaces, and powder-coated safety gates.

Sturdy Decks are available as fixed height work stands with extendable leg options, or mobile work platforms at fixed or adjustable heights with locking wheel options.

OVERHOOD MAINTENANCE
Our fixed 61" height mobile Sturdy Decks​ are a heavy duty, stable maintenance platform designed specifically for working around heavy vehicles such as trucks and RVs, and fit over class C engine covers including 5500 chassis.

ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT MOBILE
Reach from 51" to 82" with our adjustable height mobile Sturdy Decks. We designed these heavy duty and stable maintenance platform models specifically for working alongside and for reaching over the hoods of heavy vehicles such as trucks and RVs.

Three different length models are available: The 9' & 10' deck length models are often supplied to RV dealers for windshield installs and to access over the hood areas. The 12' length model allows for a longer walkway with same over the hood access.

RV DETAILERS MODEL
With a fixed height of 73" this model is specifically designed to safely reach tall RV rooflines. Customizable with three deck length and width options that allow for easy navigation around tightly spaced work areas. Both frame legs fold under the deck for easy transport/storage, and the units fit over hoods and are easily rolled alongside work areas for all-around access.

Our fixed height Sturdy Decks​ stands are heavy duty folding work platforms for fixed deck heights, designed for applications where height adjustment isn't required. There are 27 different size models to choose from.
